The resisco HighSolid SH lacquer is a specially developed acid-curing two-component lacquer for finish-foil printing in industrial rotogravure printing technique. Our product is aimed at manufacturers of decorative surfaces for furniture, flooring, doors and interior decor, the highest standards of production reliability, cost efficiency and sustainability.
The coating is applied to printed décor papers, which are printed with designs using an industrial gravure process and subsequently finished. Thanks to its excellent processability at high speeds, the system is ideal for use on modern high-performance gravure printing machines – both in-line directly during the printing process and off-line in the subsequent finishing step.

Our Products
The resisco HighSolid SH lacqueris a water-based 2-component lacquer system with an exceptionally high theoretical solid content of around 83%. The combination of base lacquer (resisco HighSolid SH lacquer), matting component (resisco MattPro balancing paste) and hardener (resisco ReaktivPlus hardener) create a high-performance system that gives consistently excellent surface quality even at the highest printing speeds
Thanks to precise gloss-level control — from ultra-matte to semi-matte — the appearance can adjust perfectly to customer requirements and design specifications
Due to the significantly reduced solvent and water content in the lacquer, the drying load decreases which improves energy efficiency and also supports production speed.
